​If you are not completely satisfied with your product you are able to return it to us in exchange for a refund or a different size.

1. Write your name, address, reason for return and order number on a piece of paper and put this in the package with the item you are returning.

2. If you are wanting to exchange for another size please email us first on info@smokelessuk.co.uk

3. Take your package to your local Post Office and return to us at:

Please note: Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Any personalisation will be added with the exact spelling to the order, any typos or spellings mistakes are not the fault of Smokeless UK. Personalised items cannot be returned unless the item is at fault.

Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds and exchanges to be processed.

We are only able to refund you the cost of the product, postage will not be refunded.

We do not cover return postage costs unless there is a fault with your order.

Returned clothing will be inspected and refunds only given if the clothing is in brand new, un-worn condition.
